Guarantee
| |
Unlike some exotic car rental companies, we do not bump a daily rental for a longer rental. When we confirm your reservation request for a particular vehicle on a particular date, we guarantee you will receive that rental*. As the calendar can fill up quickly, however, we encourage you to make your reservation early in advance to secure the rental of your choice. (Click here to review our cars and rates.)
*Guarantee excludes certain situations outside of our control such as mechanical breakdowns, severe weather, or natural catastrophes.

Authorization
| |
To book a reservation for the first time, prospective clients must complete and fax in our Rental Application Form. Typically, the process takes 1 to 2 business days, but may take longer. After we have confirmed driver eligibility, we will contact you to finalize the reservation.

Eligibility
| |
Vehicle rentals are available to licensed drivers age 25 and older with clean driving records (no major moving violations, DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving citations) and clean background checks.
|
Insurance
| |
Due to the nature of the insurance industry and the class of our rental vehicles, all drivers must carry a current automobile insurance policy with:
| (A) | Full rental car coverage (collision and comprehensive) of an exotic rental vehicle |
| (B) | Minimum liability of 250/500 (bodily injury) and 250 (property damage) |
Additionally, we recommend that clients purchase their insurance company's optional rental reimbursement coverage if loss-of-use is not covered. Usually, it only takes a quick phone call to one's automobile insurance carrier to confirm or elevate coverage for the specified time period. It is the renter's responsibility to instruct his/her insurance company to fax us confirmation of coverage.

Security Deposit
| |
Before vehicle pick-up/delivery, a security deposit in the form of a $10,000 credit card preauthorization (not a charge) is required. When the vehicle is returned, any assessed damage and loss-of-use costs may be billed against this deposit. If the vehicle is returned in its original undamaged condition, the security deposit will be released.

Additional Drivers
| |
A maximum of two authorized drivers per rental is allowed. Before the rental period, any additional drivers must submit a separate Rental Application Form (at the time of reservation) and sign a separate rental contract (at the time of vehicle delivery/pickup).

International Clients
| |
International clients may rent vehicles with proof of a valid passport, driver's license from his/her home country, and international driver's permit.

Advance Bookings
| |
Book your rental in advance for substantial savings:
| - | Reserve 2+ months ahead and save 10%. |
| - | Reserve 1+ month ahead and save 5%. |
(May not be combined with other promotions.)

Deposit
| |
A deposit of 50% of the rental price is required to hold a reservation. The deposit will be charged when we confirm your reservation request via phone and/or email.

Payment
| |
We prefer VISA, MasterCard and American Express cards as forms of payment for the rental deposit, security deposit (preauthorization only), and rental fees. We accept cashier's checks and wire transfers on a case-by-case basis. Personal checks are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy
| |
If you cancel or reschedule your confirmed reservation more than 2 weeks before the rental, you will receive a full refund of your rental deposit.
If you cancel or reschedule your confirmed reservation more than 1 week before the rental, the cancellation fee is 25% of the total rental price.
If you cancel or reschedule your confirmed reservation 4 to 7 days before the rental, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total rental price.
If you cancel or reschedule your confirmed reservation less than 72 hours before the rental, the cancellation fee is 75% of the total rental price.
If you cancel or reschedule your confirmed reservation less than 24 hours before the rental (or are a no-show at the time of rental), the cancellation fee is 100% of the total rental price.
Cancellation fees may be waived in certain circumstances (i.e. severe inclement weather, etc.), but solely at our discretion.

Refund Policy
| |
There are no refunds on vehicle rentals that are cut short, canceled or rescheduled due to certain uncontrollable circumstances (i.e. severe inclement weather, etc.). We may offer you store credit for future rentals, but solely at our discretion.

Delivery Options
| |
Clients are welcome to pick up the rental vehicle at our Tysons Corner headquarters, or have the vehicle delivered according to the following fee schedule:
| - | Under 15 miles: Complimentary |
| - | Between 15 and 30 miles: $50 surcharge |
| - | Between 30 and 50 miles: $100 surcharge |
| - | Greater than 50 miles determined and priced on a case-by-case basis |

Mileage
| |
Each daily rental includes 100 miles per day, and each additional mile is charged at a rate of $2.00 per overage mile. (A weekly rental includes 500 total miles.)

Driving Area
| |
Our vehicles may be operated within the jurisdictions of Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and North Carolina. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Prohibited Uses
| |
We have the right to remotely disable and retrieve the vehicle at any time during the rental period if the vehicle is used to commit any of the following violations:
| - | for any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity |
| - | in excess of any posted speed limits |
| - | on or near any racetrack, road course or unpaved surface |
| - | for demonstration, rallying, racing, speed testing, endurance testing, drag racing or any other competitive purpose |
| - | to tow or push anything |
| - | to carry people or property for hire |
| - | to teach someone how to drive |

Tickets
| |
The renter is responsible for paying all fees, penalties and costs resulting from the violation of any vehicular law, ordinance or regulation during the rental period. Any parking, speeding or traffic citations—including payment or proof of payment—must be turned over to us when the vehicle is returned.

Fuel Surcharge
| |
As the vehicle can be returned with any amount of fuel in the tank, there is no refueling charge. If you need to refuel, the highest grade of gasoline (93+ octane) must be used. If a lesser grade is used, a $500 fee will be charged.
