Chauffeured Policies
- Chauffeured only
- 4-hour minimum
- Hourly rates include all incidentals (20% gratuity, locality taxes, tolls, fuel charges, parking fees, etc.)
- Delivery beyond 50 miles from our Tysons Corner headquarters will be priced on a case-by-case basis.
- A 25% U.S. holiday surcharge will be applied (based on total rental price) to rentals on:
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Memorial Day
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
- New Years Eve and New Years Day
- Thanksgiving Eve and Thanksgiving Day
- A signed contract and non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental price are required to hold a reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the rental date.
- Cancellations with less than 48-hours notice and no-shows at the time of rental will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental price.
- Capital Dream Cars's advance booking discounts and other promotions do not apply to our Exclusive Provider's chauffeured vehicles.
