Capital Dream Cars was born out of a distinct need.
One of our company founders has been a Ferraristi since age 14 when he first heard the sweet rumblings of a neighbor's Ferrari 328 GTS through an open bedroom window.
Fast-forward 20 years. The native Washingtonian wants to rent a Ferrari for a day, but the closest reputable exotic car rental company is in NYC, and his work schedule is tight. He realizes there must be others in the DC area who, like him, love exotic vehicles and want to rent them locally. And the idea for Capital Dream Cars was born.
To grow that idea from just the glimmer of a concept into reality required many months (in fact, nearly a year) of superhuman bureaucratic legwork, but the result is that Capital Dream Cars is, and has always been, fully licensed and insured. It costs us substantially more this way, but we wouldn't have it otherwise.
We understand that good business is a contract with the public based on honesty, integrity and respect for the highest automotive traditions. So, it is with great pride and enthusiasm that we provide our Nation's Capital with the world's finest automobiles.
